These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LinkParrot (the "Service"), a marketplace that connects buyers seeking backlinks with publishers who own and list websites. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. The Service is intended for users who can form a binding contract and who use it for legitimate marketing purposes.

2. The marketplace

LinkParrot provides the platform on which buyers and publishers transact directly. Publishers list websites and set their own prices. Metrics displayed on listings, including Domain Rating and traffic estimates, are sourced from third-party tools such as Ahrefs and are provided for information only. We do not guarantee their accuracy or any specific search ranking outcome.

3. Buyer terms

• When you place an order, your payment is held securely and released to the publisher only after the link is published and verified.
• You are responsible for the content, target URLs, and anchor text you submit, and for ensuring they are lawful and non-infringing.
• Orders are fulfilled by independent publishers. LinkParrot facilitates the transaction but is not the publisher of the placement.

4. Publisher terms

• You may only list websites you own or are authorized to manage, and you set the price for each placement.
• You control which content you accept and publish. You must publish approved orders within the agreed timeframe.
• Payouts are released once a link is live and verified, subject to the payout method and schedule shown in your dashboard.
• Listed sites must have genuine traffic and content. Private blog networks, link farms, and artificially inflated metrics are prohibited.

5. Fees

Pricing for placements is set by publishers. Any platform or processing fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your use of the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• publish or solicit illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
• manipulate metrics, operate private blog networks, or misrepresent a website you list;
• circumvent escrow or attempt to transact off-platform to avoid fees or protections;
• interfere with, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

7. Intellectual property

LinkParrot and its branding are owned by us. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SEO is influenced by many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or business results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkParrot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or its users.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
